SEOUL, Korea (AVING) -- <Visual News> Fawoo Technology(Fawoo Tech, Representative Yu Young-Ho, www.fawoo.co.kr), Koreas leading light company, made a MOU contract about LED light business with Furukawa Industrial Machinery Systems Co., Ltd.(Representative Nobuyoshi Soma).
Furukawa Industrial Machinery System is the representative company of Furukawa group which is the 6th in Japan and it has expended its business area to ultrasonic waves 3 dimension location tracking system and security business based on crane business and electronic material business.
According to MOU, Fawoo Tech will install LED light at Furukawa group companies and offer Fawoo LED light in the way of OEM. Furukawa Industrial Machinery System will distribute Fawoo LED light to whole Japan through the sales network of Furukawa Group.
Both companies agreed to co-develop
ext generation security light system which is an all-in-one of CCTV and LED light combining LED light technology of Fawoo with sensor and new material technology of Furukawa Industrial Machinery System. They will complete product development until February 2011 and unveil new product at Security Show in Tokyo, Japan on March.
Yoo Young-Ho, a representative of Fawoo Tech, said "We can use our LED light technology in diverse ways by advancing into Japanese security device market with 240 billion yen scale through MOU with Furukawa Industrial Machinery System. We expect stable sales increase next year by securing 2 OEM supply lines in Japan along with OEM supply contract with Japanese Steel Group on last November. |
