Mitsumi Electric (president Shigeru Moribe, www.mitsumi.co.jp/index_e.html) of Japan is showing different components for LED lightings, such as Power Control IC, at ‘LED EXPO & OLED EXPO 2011’ (www.ledexpo.com), which is going to be held in KINTEX, Ilsan, from June 21 to 24.

‘MM3460’ is a power supply IC for LED lightings featuring smaller size, reduced component count, high efficiency, and high power factor, supporting higher harmonic current regulation (IEC61000 3-2 Class C) and conforming to the ENERGY STAR standard comparing with existing 2-converter type power supply circuit. It adopted single converter flyback and features protection functions like UVLO, FB terminal overvoltage, short-circuit detection, overpower detection, TSD, etc.

Mitsumi Electric, found in 1954 in purpose of producing and selling electric machinery devices, is specializing in semiconductor, magnetic head, coil, and various types of sensors.
