OCCS Co., Ltd. (CEO Byeong-Gi Park) is participating in ‘International Light Convergence Expo 2021’ held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Ilsan for 3 days from October 13th (Wed) to 15th (Fri) and will present a transparent LED sign.

Transparent LED sign is a type of transparent display attached to glass, and it is manufactured by attaching LEDs to a transparent sheet instead of the black background of the existing signage, therefore, it has excellent transmittance. The product lineup consists of 8mm, 11.5mm, and 18.5mm, and they are currently developing product with lower pitch. Next year, 6mm and 4mm are planned to be developed.
In addition, a small LED transparent electronic sign that can be used by convenience stores and small business owners is also on sale. It has excellent advertising effect due to its high transparency, and it is a great advantage that visibility is secured when looking from the inside to the outside, so that there is no feeling of stuffiness.

In this exhibition, 11.5mm pitch kiosk product using transparent LED display and round and square retail products are exhibited.

An official from OCCS said, “We have the technology to develop transparent sheet at low cost, so we have a high competitiveness with low price. In the future, we plan to introduce various products by focusing on new product development.”

‘International Light Convergence Expo 2021’ organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, LED Industry Forum, and KOTRA and managed by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, will be conducted by integrating the 19th International LED&OLED EXPO and PHOTONICS+LASER EXPO.
