Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (CEO Kang Tae-Kyu), has attended "The 15th International LED & OLED EXPO 2017" which is being held from June 27th(Tue) to 29th(Thu) at hall 3 and 4 of exhibition hall 1, Ilsan KINTEX and introduced core parts and software that is needed for LED system.

Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute is researching and developing core future technology of information, communication, electronic, broadcasting and relevant convergence technology field, also it is contributing to the national economic and social development through growth power creation and performance diffusion.
In particular, in order to secure competitiveness in the rapidly changing lighting industry, the LED system lighting has been convergenced and advanced to IT technology, leading the national convenience and energy saving as well as leading the creation of global lighting new industry.
In this exhibition, relevant original technology and products has been exhibited such as application master lighting technology and light pollution prevention lighting for the installation and operation of large buildings, and technology development of system lighting platform for large-scale buildings, including core parts and software such as lighting equipment, sensor, communication module that are needed for the LED system lighting.

Meanwhile, International LED & OLED EXPO 2017 is the largest LED & OLED specialized trade show in Korea with over 350 domestic and foreign companies participating. Also, during the exhibition, 'Laser EXPO 2017' and 'LED Industry forum 2017', which invited the leading authorities of LED industries to explore the current status and development direction of LED industry, were held simultaneously.
