ATA-1000/500 Auto-Temperatured LED Opto-electronic Analyzer integrates high accuracy spectral & electrical measurement units, power supplies and temperature controller, which can measure characteristics of LEDs at different cases/junction temperatures. So, it can correspond LED performance to their case/junction temperature precisely, and plot LED performance vs temperature function, which suits best for high power LEDs, COB LEDs etc..
One sampling by HIRC-3000 is equivalent to that more than 8,000,000 micro radiance meter work synchronously. It can obtain spectral radiance of each point in the measurement plane, without spectral mismatch errors, and complete measurement quantities including luminance, color, dominant wavelength, CCT, CRI etc. The luminance and color uniformity for displays and OLED etc. will be analyzed automatically.
