[LED EXPO 2015 Video] Withlight Introduces LED Mass Production Line Equipment and Flicker Measuring

Withlight (CEO Park Sung-lim, www.withlight.com) displayed the LED mass production line equipment and a flicker measuring device at the 13th International LED & OLED EXPO 2015 (LED EXPO 2015 for short), which lasts for four days from Tuesday the 23rd to Friday the 26th at KINTEX in Ilsan.
The mass production line equipment is a product for manufacturing LED lighting. It is divided into ICT equipment that tests and inspects the condition of LED modules in a SMT line, and outgoing inspection equipment, which tests voltage levels and integrated production processes of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic lines. The lines use conveyor belts.
The company`s mass production line equipment has been provided to 20 clients, and the verification of high performance has been completed. The product holds eight patents, including the in-line type LED-testing system (patent No. 10-1376537).
The production line, in particular, provides customized jig and software for users` convenience, and has an outstanding quality warranty system.
Along with the LED production line equipment, Withlight also displayed LEOS equipment, Goniometer, 1m/2m Integrating Sphere System, Optical Flicker Test System, the recently developed LED Automatic Controller, and devices for mass production line 3D printer models.
The 13th International LED & OLED EXPO is the largest exhibition that integrates lighting, equipment, components, and materials of LED and OLED. Two hundred forty companies from 13 different countries are running 550 booths.
Furthermore, it is expected to provide an opportunity for company officials and buyers to communicate with each other, and encourage the development of the domestic LED industry. A variety of events are on tap, including the 5th LED Industrial Forum, Export Counseling for invited foreign buyers, and High Technology Development Companies Government Award Ceremony.
