[LED EXPO 2015] CAS Introduces Table-Type Endurance Tester with 5 Different Functions

CAS (CEO Han Sung-ho, www.cas.co.kr) introduced a table-type endurance tester that can implement five kinds of motions at the 13th International LED & OLED EXPO 2015 (LED EXPO 2015 for short), which lasts for four days from Tuesday the 23rd to Friday the 26th at KINTEX in Ilsan.
The displayed table-type endurance tester can easily operate various tests. It does not produce much noise, so users can conduct tests in nearly any environment.
Since it is a single table-type product. low-cost endurance tests are possible. The product has five basic motions: bending, twisting, folding, rolling up, and pressing.
The bending test is performed by bending an object from side to side, according to test conditions. For the twisting test, the device continuously twists a test object.
In the U-shaped folding test, an object is folded and straightened out horizontally. For the rolling up motion, an object is pushed and released in a planar element test. The endurance-focused pressing test continuously presses, inserts and extracts. The endurance tester`s body consists of two devices that have different motions but with the same, basic structure: a rotary reciprocating device, TCDM111LH, and a linear reciprocating device, DLDM111LH. With the link system and resin gear, durability is increased, and noise level is reduced.
The maximum reciprocating angle is ±270 degrees, and the product can operate with a maximum reciprocating stroke of ±60mm, at the maximum speed of 120r/min.
Also, automatic unmanned operation is possible, and users can create their own layouts.
The 13th International LED & OLED EXPO is the largest exhibition that integrates lighting, equipment, components, and materials of LED and OLED. Two hundred forty companies from 13 different countries are running 550 booths.
Furthermore, it is expected to provide an opportunity for company officials and buyers to communicate with each other, and encourage the development of the domestic LED industry.
