Alpha Global (CEO Kim Sun-sun, www.alphaglobal.kr) showcased SMT/PCB assembly systems for electronic products, semiconductors, and automotive electronic PCB controllers at the 13th International LED & OLED EXPO 2015 (LED EXPO 2015 for short), which will be held for four days from Tuesday the 23rd to Friday the 26th at KINTEX in Ilsan.
Stencil & screen printers and mounters (Pick & Placer) are BGA & SMT assembly systems, which are for R&D and small-quantity batch production. They can be used for reflow, high temperature, and material printing tests in small-quantity batch production for BGA and SMT & PCB assembly equipment.
PCB & SMT water scrubbing equipment is an Aqueous Cleaning & Defluxing system. They are used to clean the PCB control board, which has BGA, SMT & TOH components in various fields, such as defense, communications, aviation, and ship industry.
In addition, the company introduced a pure water system, a non-contact jetting injection valve, a chargeable and portable LED lamp, a liquid dispensing system, and an ultrasonic cleaner for precision metal components.
The 13th International LED & OLED EXPO is the largest exhibition that integrates lighting, equipment, components, and materials of LED and OLED. Two hundred forty companies from 13 different countries are running 550 booths.
Furthermore, it is expected to provide an opportunity for company officials and buyers to communicate with each other, and encourage the development of the domestic LED industry. A variety of events are on tap, including the 5th LED Industrial Forum, Export Counseling for invited foreign buyers, and High Technology Development Companies Government Award Ceremony.
