Chamtech (CEO Kim Min-ho, www.chamtech.co.kr) will showcase silicone lenses applied to various LED products at the International LED & OLED EXPO 2015 (www.ledexpo.com), which will be held for four days from Tuesday the 23rd to Friday the 26th at KINTEX.
Silicone is resistant to heat from LED Chip and scratches, so it has been receiving spotlight in the LED industry field as a next-generation solution to overcome the disadvantages of glass lenses.
Chamtech provides total solutions based on comprehensive and systematic technical skills, which include mold design, manufacturing, forming, and mass production. Silicone lenses are characterized by natural optical design and lightness.
Since its foundation in 2000, Chamtech has acquired 11 certificates regarding silicon lens mold production technology. The company's high-precision optical technologies are spearheading innovation and development in the sector.
Moreover, the Mobile Flash Silicone Lens has already been successfully used for Galaxy 1, 2, and 3; Galaxy Note 1, 2, and 3; Optimus Series; and G1 and G2.
The company is currently developing Matrix Silicone Lens for cars in collaboration with the world's third-leading headlamp manufacturer, and it is also eyeing a new product for the TV BLU market.

LED & OLED Expo 2015 is the largest LED trade show in Korea to see the latest trend and technology of the world's LED market, with the participation of 350 companies from 15 countries.
