Woorim Chem Tech(President, Dong Jun Kim, www.wrchem.co.kr) will display High-Quality Encapsulants for LED, Polymide, Solid Capacitor at the LED EXPO & OLED EXPO 2013 held in KINTEX Hall 3, 4 of ILSAN from June 25th to 28th.

Encapsulants for LED Woorim Chem Tech will introduce is made by Taiwan-based company, Eternal. It comes in two types; Methyl and Phenyl. Methyl encapsulants are low refractive and endurable to heat. On the other hand, Phenyl ones are high refractive and very hygroscopic. Especially, encapsulants for COB(Chip On Board) will be used more widely as LED market is growing.
Eternal`s Polyimide is getting popularity as a substitute for the next generation tempered glass and main material for Flexible display. With the development of smartphone, it could be used for a substitute for the glass of touch screen.
In addition, PSPI(Photo-Sensitive Polyimide) dry film applied to Passivation Layer helps prevent distortion in Flip Chip manufacturing process.

Solid capacitor has the highest capacity; 160V and it is on the market now. An official described the product, "The product is the minimum in size and maximum in capacity in the industry. And it can endurable to exposure to the heat of 125℃".
Woorim Chem Tech is about to finish the development of 250V Solid capacitor and it is expected to be rolled out in coming May. Solid capacity can replace electrolyte capacitors. As it doesn`t need converter for the advanced technology, its lighting system efficiency is increased and more future demand is expected.
An official said, "To cater various demands of costumers, we are continuously making an effort to develop better products. This way, we improved the quality of them. We plan to introduce high-quality products at LED EXPO 2013".
